ALIS - Airport Luggage Identification System
ALIS (Airport Luggage Identification System) track and trace system for automatic reading of IATA luggage tags in baggage handling systems. Designed as a hybrid solution, the track and trace system is a prime example of three types of technologies – laser scanners, cameras and RFID – working in perfect harmony for reliable identification and decoding the IATA bag tag.
